I am in Texas, staying at the insanely gorgeous Le Meridien Hotel, and this is the sweet view from my room:The Galleria is just across the street (less than a 5 minute walk!), so I did a little shopping at LUSH! I am soooo hoping that Utah gets one of these soon. And I finally got some Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Blue Bell! I also got to eat at Popeye's, but was too excited to take a picture. :) Seriously, nothing can compare to Popeye's Chicken.
